Cheap fun. Even better when no one is at the range too.
In the meantime, I’ve started the overly long process of getting approval for an SBR’d AR-15 from the BATFE. Currently holding at a 4-6 month processing time just to see if it even gets approved. Ugh.

It’s like glitter. When you think it’s gone, you always find more.

Very nice! I’ve thought about getting my firearms license here in Canada and picking one up....many of my friends have a few weapons and go to the range for fun on ocassion. I’ve always wanted a WWII-era rifle or pistol, and the Nagant is surprisingly, mind-blowingly cheap, easy to find and reliable...

Kickass! Welcome to the club. If you end up wanting a budget optic like a red dot or etc., I’d highly suggest looking at Primary Arms.

I own 2 mosin’s both numbers matching. Ones a pre ww2 hex receiver and the other is a late ‘44 round receiver based on the all the markings. I love shooting both.

I have a Mosin just like it (mfd 1937), it’s a very cool gun. I run out of being-able-to-see-targets before it runs out of range, and it’s always fun to have a small cannon on-hand.

I love Mosin Nagants! I have two 91/30s, a M44 and a T53. I almost bought a Remington built one but it was bubba’d into a hunting rifle with most of the barrel cut off.

Gotta love the Mosin-Nagant. It is an extremely tough gun. Tolerates practically anything, except bubbasmithing. Poor Remmy.
Worst version I’ve ever seen...
Yes, that is a bullpup conversion LOL.

Ewwww that is the worst. Yeah that Remmy was the holy grail of mosins for me personally but damn it was messed up. Its funny the pawn shop guys had no idea what it was, and were in awe that its a mosin made by Remington. They had it labeled as “Remington 7.62-30.06 rifle ?????”
